Hi, it's Brenda Ernst. And today I have another tip for seniors that are downsizing. And this is called don't be a storage unit for others. You know what? In your big house, you probably raised your family and everybody still has some things there, because they may not have as much space as you do, so they don't have anywhere to keep it. Or at least they don't think they do. But you know what? You are going to be moving. You may not have found your place yet. But all of a sudden, boom, it might come up and you are going to be scrambling if you've got a house full of other people's things. So set a timeline. Let them know that you'd like them to come and get it and when. And then you'll be so much better on moving day when you're not paying to move things that aren't yours. I hope this is helpful.
