Planning your Move

Hi. Today my tip is for those of you that are moving, and it's about your moving boxes. I call it color code your boxes. It makes it so much easier when you get to your new home if everybody that's helping you knows what room the boxes go in. What you do when you are packing them up is you color code each one. For example, the kitchen might be yellow, the master bedroom might be blue, the living room might be pink. It really doesn't matter. You choose the colors, but identify them. So once you pack up the box you can put some construction paper of that color on the box, the top and the side, or some tape if you can find colored tape, whatever works. The main thing is when you get to the new home friends, family, movers, everybody knows what room that box is going to go in. It makes it so much easier when you get there. I hope that's helpful.
