About Brenda Ernst

As a resident of Newmarket for over 35 years, Brenda has been actively involved in the community, and has watched York Region grow and expand. She know the core neighborhoods of Newmarket inside and out, from schools and shops to Parks and trails. She is also very familiar with surrounding areas such as Aurora, Keswick, Bradford, and East Gwillimbury.

Her background began in the Equestrian world where she worked and rode with some of Canada’s Top Riders. In 1986 she entered the Travel business where she owned and operated Travelogue Travel for over 20 years, and won numerous awards for Customer Satisfaction.

Excellent Service, commitment, and dedication are qualities that are very important to her, which she brings forward to everyone she works with. Communication is key, and she am always personally available to you.

Buying or Selling a home can be stressful for the entire family, so a smooth transition is always her goal.

As a certified Home Stager and a Licensed Realtor, she has many skills that are key factors in Marketing and Negotiating a successful sale. Her clients love it when she brings in staging items that enhance the look and feel of their homes. When the property presents well, and we’ve priced it right, interested buyers do come which generally results in a sale. During negotiations, she guides her clients to stay calm and focused on a Win or Win situation, one that is acceptable to them.

She been honoured to receive the Ultimate Service Award from Coldwell Banker Canada several years in a row, which is based on a survey sent in by clients showing a 98% + Satisfaction rate for her services during their purchase or sale. This award is one that she is extremely proud of and is only awarded to the agents that have earned it.

Through ongoing education, she's received her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredit Buyers Representative (ABR) Designations, and continues to take courses on a regular basis. She has the Knowledge, Skills, and Patience needed to assist both Senior clients with their special needs and First Time Buyers with theirs. Many questions and concerns arise during a transaction, and she does her very best to find answers to all of them.
