Our sales team has been practicing social distancing and following public health guidelines to protect everyone's health. While we do have admin staff working in the office, any sales Staff & visitors are required to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire before entering.
We are managing property showings and appointments and have created a list of showing standards for agents that address new protocols when they are showing a home. All showing agents are required to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire prior to being confirmed for their showing for both themselves and their client. We continue to prepare listings to go to market. As of today, our stagers, photographers and other service partners have added protocols to minimize the amount of time they are in your home. Showings of all listings require a sign off by the showing agent of the questionnaire mentioned above. All listing paperwork can be signed electronically if our clients are comfortable.
We have created a pre qualification checklist and will qualify all showings to ensure to best of our ability that anyone who has travelled outside the country over the past 14 days, or has been in close contact with a positive case of COVID-19, NOT be permitted to enter your home.
While the province has permitted Open Houses to resume, our team has collectively decided not to resume them at this time. We will be working with some other innovative technologies for Buyers to tour our listings without having to physically be in the home. If they wish to view the home in person, we will request that they book a private viewing of the home when convenient.
Prior to the Pandemic, we embraced the world’s leading electronic signature platform, Docusign, which will allow our clients to sign all sale documents from the comfort of their own home, or from their mobile device.
Our team follows public health guidelines and feel it is our duty to protect our team, family members & clients by being fully vaccinated. However, we will respect our clients' privacy as to their vaccine status, and will not ask their status, nor refuse to work with those who chose not to vaccinate.
When meeting clients for in-home appointments & consultations, we will always wear a mask, and try to socially distance where appropriate.
